How do I register?

To register for a course, please call Nathan Robinson on +44 (0)20 7202 7628 or email nathan.robinson@wtgevents.com. Alternatively, you can fill in the booking form on the back of the course PDF and fax it back to +44 (0)20 7202 7500 or email it to bookings@wtgevents.com . You will receive email confirmation, an invoice and full instructions when we have received and processed your registration. Payment is due within 14 days from date of invoice

What are the fees?

Fees vary between courses depending on location and duration. Please refer to the individual course PDF for full details.

What if I want to book several people on the same course?

What does the fee include?

Your fee includes a comprehensive set of documentation in electronic and paper format. A contacts list will be provided at the end of the course with details of all attendees so you can contact your colleagues following the course. Lunch and refreshments are also provided throughout the duration of the course. Hotel accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee, however, we have preferential rates with the venue and several hotels close to the venue.

What are your terms and conditions?

Individual terms and conditions can be found in full on each course PDF. Full payment is due within 14 days from date of invoice. Attendees will not be allowed entry to the course if any payments are outstanding. Email confirmation and invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. All of the courses are non cancellable and non refundable however if you are unable to attend you will be able to either nominate a replacement or alternatively you will be issued a credit voucher to attend any WTG Training course within the following 12 months.

What is your course format?

All of the WTG Training's courses encourage an interactive approach with detailed knowledge, interactive discussions, case studies and constructive feedback providing attendees from across the world the platform for a dynamic training programme with a proactive learning and development approach. In addition our expert course leaders will give constructive feedback and supply you with practical and current skills and tools which can be put to use immediately. Our courses typically run from 9am to 5am with 1 hour for lunch and 30 minutes for coffee breaks.

Case Studies – Real-life examples of challenges and opportunities, these provide genuine insight and learning by questioning how they should respond to these topical issues.

Simulation Exercises – Some of our courses require participants to take part in simulation exercises, putting into practice the knowledge gained.

Discussions – Group sessions draw on the course dynamics to address issues raised, increasing participants' confidence to interact in a global environment.

Feedback – Course leaders will provide constructive feedback and offer suggestions for improvement.

What course materials are provided?

You will get a starter kit that includes a set of comprehensive documentation supporting the programme with notes, slides, and recommended further reading and extra materials relevant to the course.  This documentation will be provided in electronic format and supported with relevant paper documentation. Will I receive a certificate of learning?

Is accommodation included?

The registration fee is exclusive of travel and accommodation costs. However, we negotiate special rates at the course venues and hotels nearby. Our operations team will send you all of the applicable information and preferential rates for accommodation. Full information will be provided once we have received conformation of your registration.

Are meals and refreshments included?

Tea, coffee and refreshments are available during the morning, mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks. Lunches will also be provided at the venue throughout the duration of the course. If you have any specific dietary requirements please inform our operations staff during registration.

What is the standard course time schedule?

A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon registration detailing the programme timings. Below is approximate programme timings for our courses:

  • 08:00 Registration
  • 08:30 Welcome coffee
  • 09:00 Start of course
  • 10:30 Mid-morning break
  • 12:30 Lunch
  • 15:00 Mid-afternoon break
  • 17:00 End of day

How can I check availability?

If there is no availability on the course, it will say 'Fully Booked'. To confirm call Nathan Robinson on +44207 202 7628. Where are the courses held?

Our courses will be held worldwide, in London, Houston, Madrid, Rotterdam, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Calgary giving a global audience the chance to attend our cutting edge programmes.

What language are your courses taught in?

Will I receive a Visa invitation letter?

If you need an invitation letter for VISA purposes when you register, please mention this upon registration. After you register, we will invoice you and as soon as your payment is received an invitation letter will be sent to you.
