    William Botha has deployed lean enterprise, six sigma, theory of constraints and management control systems operational excellence initiatives across three continents and multiple industries, culminating in his leadership of a facility for Baxter Healthcare.  His expertise and proven record led to him being the first MBB to be promoted from the OpEx ranks to Operations as the Director of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Baxter's Los Angeles facility. 

    In both of his operational roles he led the recovery of customer fulfillment rates to one hundred percent and the stabilization and the reduction of expenses and inventory to budget levels in very short spans of time.  His ability to rapidly and accurately diagnose systemic problems and to provide forthright and constructive feedback is legendary in the industry.

    He shares personal stories that highlight the principles of the tools he is teaching, creating a warm and safe learning environment for his students and peers.  His personal mantra is; "if you're not making mistakes, you're not trying hard enough."
