Malcolm has a very in-depth knowledge of Lean practice and methodologies; he has successfully implemented Lean programmes to major corporations across Europe to achieve outstanding results through knowledge transfer within various industries both at Director and Senior consultant levels.
Malcolm has worked within the Lean industry for the past Eighteen years starting his journey with General Motors before moving to Toyota UK where he excelled in his Lean transformation and technical skills to become a very established and highly respected ‘Lean Guru' within Toyota, with a detailed knowledge of TPS and Lean methodologies due to his intense training from Senior Japanese experts, this experience and knowledge took Malcolm to his next position as Director of Lean transformation for Lego (Hungary) where he formed a Global team of Lean professionals that continue to return outstanding results.
