Dr Michael Naylor is a Director of MN Solutions, an independent oil and gas consultancy. Dr. Naylor draws on 31 years of experience in the oil and gas business, as a geoscientist, research manager and senior leader. Prior to starting his consultancy, he was Shell's Vice-President Technical, Global Exploration. In this role, he led Shell's efforts in technical excellence and organisational development, and advised globally on major exploration investment opportunities.
