Every Field Development needs to be executed right: on time, within budget, and delivering the promise. But first we need to make sure we are embarking on the right development. Executing the wrong project superbly well will not return the best value to Stakeholders!
This Course, given in workshop style, deals with the Front End of projects: the phases in which we pick the right project, assess feasibility, and select the right concept: all prior to engineering definition and execution. The Front End is all about making sure we're doing the right project: prior to doing the project right.
The Course uses a simple framework to describe -and control-the essentials of project management. The framework is called IASDEO, which stands for the first letters of the six phases each project -in fact, any undertaking-moves through:
