    Success in leading on safety (HSE) or failure therein have very polarized outcomes as evidenced by recent events in the oil and gas industry.     Safety (HSE), scaled to the risks, and applied integrated to operate assets or execute projects is a fundamental quality indicator to leaders on the health of their operations. The course will cover approaches, concepts and tools that may be used in a variety of contexts. Significant focus will be provided on yourself as coach and effective "supervisor". The course learning objectives will be reinforced with exercise, syndicate discussions and case studies to allow practice and theory to be mingled.
